At first I am going to show you how to change the text on your logo design. When opening the logo file you will see the default text on the logo (as it is shown in my Etsy shop). You need to change this text to your own business name & tagline. This is how you go about:
1. open your logo file in Photoshop
2. select the layer of text that you want to work on by clicking on it
2. select the layer of text that you want to work on by clicking on it
3. now click the little 'T' icon at the left side of the screen
4. and with your cursor select the piece of text that needs to be changed
5. now remove the default text and type in your own text
6. save it by clicking on the little 'place' icon at the left side of screen

If the size of the text is not to your liking you can make it larger or smaller:
1. again, select the little 'T' icon on the left side of screen and select the part of text that needs to change in size
2. then change the size in the 'text size' icon on the top menu bar, just play around with decreasing and increasing the number until you are satisfied with how the size looks
3. don't forget to click the 'place' button on the left side when done

If you would like to change the spacing between the separate letters of a word, this is how you do it:
1. again, select the little 'T' icon on the left side of screen and select the part of text that needs to change in size
2. then click the 'text makeup' icon in the top menu bar
3. a pop up screen will appear in which you can change the number of the spacing size
4. after you are done, click the 'place' button again
