Before you start editing your logo design it is important to install the font file(s) that came with your design. If you do not install the font(s) before opening up Adobe Photoshop, the fonts in the design will not be recognized by Adobe Photoshop. So this is how you install a font file:
1. double click on the font file that you stored on your computer
2. a small screen opens up showing the font
3. click the ‘install’ button – that’s all
4. the next time you open Adobe Photoshop the font will be amongst the font types in the program

When using a Mac, please follow the same instructions as mentioned above. The 'install' button may be located at a different position on the pop up screen.
